KAMPALA Ecco Gtx UK Sale , Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) has protested to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) over Zambia's alleged use of ""over-age"" players during the first leg of the 2015 Africa U-17 Championship qualifier.


The Zambians won the first leg 2-0, but the Ugandan FA has protested saying the match was not played on a fair ground because some of the opponents' players were over age.


Edgar Watson, the Chief Executive Officer of FUFA told Xinhua in an interview on Wednesday that they have sent in a protest letter and are waiting for the response.


""We have sent in our protest basing on the fact that some Zambian players are above 17 years and are not supposed to play in this competition,"" Watson said.


In the protest letter signed by Watson Ecco Toe Tie UK Sale , he mentions that the Ugandan delegation that traveled to Lusaka petitioned the match commissioner on the age eligibility of three players; Patson Daka, Enock Mwepu and Changwe Kalale.The letter also points out that one of Zambia's media outlets Tupmfweko stated that Kalale who was born on March 31, 1997 was invited on the squad to prepare for the 2015 CAF African U-17 Championships.


""If this is true then he is not eligible to play in this particular competition,"" he reasoned. ""We have remitted 2 www.eccoshoeuksale.com ,000 U.S. dollars as protest fees and fully believe that the petition shall receive your due attention in respect of the rules governing this competition.""


Uganda and Zambia are slated to play in the return leg on Saturday at the Nakivubo Stadium in Kampala.

RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Open water swimmer Thomas Lurz is hoping Rio de Janeiro will provide the stage for the one accolade to elude him in a decorated 13-year career.


The 12-time world champion will bow out of competitive swimming after the open water race at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.


In Rio for Sunday's King and Queen of the Sea Challenge in Copacabana, Lurz did not hide his desire to end his career on a high.


"An Olympic gold medal is the only thing missing from my career and it's my final objective as a professional," the German told rio2016.


"I will be retiring after the Rio 2016 Games and bidding farewell with a gold medal in this wonderful setting that is Copacabana beach would be the perfect end to my marathon swimming career."
