In the world of fine watchmaking, Panerai has always held a prominent position with its unique design and exceptional performance. The Luminor Marina series, a classic Panerai icon, has endured through the years and continues to evolve. At the 2025 Geneva Watch Fair, Panerai unveiled the new Luminor Marina with a black dial, which once again captivated watch enthusiasts.

From the dial to the case, every detail of the new Panerai Luminor Marina with a black dial embodies Panerai's classic design language. The iconic crown-protecting bridge, originally designed to prevent water from seeping into the case, has become a recognizable Panerai visual symbol, both a testament to the brand's heritage and its practical value.

The dial features a matte black sandwich design, with green Super-LumiNova® X2 applied to the Arabic numerals and hour markers. This innovative luminous material offers significantly greater brightness than its predecessor, ensuring clear reading in even the darkest conditions and paying homage to a key feature historically developed for naval underwater missions.

The dial features a simple layout, displaying only the brand name and the inscription "Luminor Marina." The date window at 3 o'clock is enlarged and chamfered for greater visibility. A small seconds subdial with a rhodium-plated hand is located at 9 o'clock, enhancing its practicality and making it easy to check the watch's operating status.
